Who we are
InstackAI is an AI engineering firm that specialises in building bespoke agentic systems and enterprise-grade automation architectures for B2B organisations. We are not a software house, a consulting firm, or a reseller of off-the-shelf tools. We are engineers who embed ourselves in a client's operation, understand it at the process level, and then build proprietary software that makes large parts of it run without human intervention.
The agency was founded with a clear thesis: AI is not a feature you add to a business — it is an architectural change to how a business operates. Most organisations approach automation tactically, patching individual tasks with point solutions. We approach it structurally, redesigning the underlying workflows so that intelligence is embedded at every stage of the operation, not bolted on at the edges.

For the past two years, we have been building and deploying production-grade AI systems across a wide spectrum of business functions. The Netherlands RPO Engagement
We recently concluded an intensive 8-month immersion with a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm based in the Netherlands. We did not just build them a tool; we overhauled their operational pipelines, deploying multiple specialised, interconnected agentic systems that fundamentally transformed how they source, screen, and process talent at scale. This engagement solidified our deep, process-level understanding of the recruitment industry, making it a primary focus for our agency this year — though our bespoke systems continue to drive efficiency across various other complex B2B sectors.
Who we work with
Our clients are B2B organisations — predominantly recruitment firms, SaaS companies, and professional services businesses — that have hit the ceiling of what standard SaaS and off-the-shelf automation can do for them. They are typically running complex operations with skilled teams, losing significant capacity to repetitive, rule-based work that does not require human judgment but currently demands it anyway.
We take on a highly selective number of engagements each quarter. This is deliberate. Deep integration requires genuine immersion in a client's operation, and we will not spread our attention across more projects than we can serve at the elite standard we hold ourselves to. Clients partner with us because they want custom infrastructure built properly — not a proof of concept, not a demo, but a production system that runs reliably from day one and compounds in value over time.
Our philosophy
We believe that the most dangerous thing about the current wave of AI adoption is superficiality. Companies are deploying chatbots on top of broken processes, wrapping GPT-4 around workflows that should have been redesigned before any AI was introduced, and declaring the job done. The result is systems that are impressive in a demo and fragile in production.
We do the opposite. Before we write a single line of code, we map the operation — understanding every handoff, every decision point, every place where data is created, duplicated, lost, or transformed manually. Only then do we design a system, and only after the design is validated do we build it. The result is automation that is not just functional but structurally sound: bespoke systems with clear failure modes, observable behaviour, and the architectural integrity to evolve as the business evolves.
We are a small team with a high bar. Every system we ship is comprehensively documented, rigorously tested, and handed over with the intent that the client owns the infrastructure completely. We do not create dependency; we create proprietary capability.

We are strictly technology-agnostic. We do not force a preferred, pre-packaged tech stack onto a client's problem. Instead, our architecture is dictated entirely by the specific operational requirements, scale, and security mandates of the firm we are partnering with.
